Before stepping into the Broker role, I was part of the Michelle Smith Team, focusing on selling, buying, and growing the real estate business. In 2022, I made the decision to return to sales to help buyers and sellers turn their homeownership dreams into reality. Together with my business partner, Lisa Lewis — who brings 21 years of experience to the team — we are excited and ready to assist both new and past clients in pursuing their real estate goals.
My background is diverse and well-rounded. I have been a Sales Agent with ReeceNichols for 26 years, served as a Broker, and currently hold the position of Assistant Broker. I built and led a successful team prior to returning to direct sales. Before my career in real estate, I was a police officer in the Lee’s Summit area. Lisa, too, is a hardworking professional with over 30 years of service at the Kansas City Fire Department. Together, we are two dedicated women committed to guiding you through every step of your real estate journey.
