About Davin
Hi! My name is Davin Bryant (said like Day-Vin) I've been a full time real estate agent since 2017, but my father has built homes in the KC metro area since the early 90's. Needless to say I've been around homes and real estate my entire life! I also have a bachelor's degree in Architecture and practiced a little bit out of college until I took a risk and took a job doing low voltage contracting - installing and sales.
Right before real estate I worked for a freight broker for 7 years which the only thing I could sell was communication. This career in relation to my previous employment helped mold my skills in communicated which is a huge part of real estate. I love working with people and educating them on the process whether that's buying a home, selling a home or both. I have a great team of professionals that I work closely with to get the job done in the smoothest way possible - and when issues arise they're handled immediately.
I'm also a contractor, building new homes with my father and taking on the remodel from time to time. And in my free time I like to get out on the lake or spend time with friends and family
